Sủi cảo chiên nhân tôm thịt với những chiếc bánh nhỏ nhỏ, xinh xắn. Bánh vừa chiên xông lớp vỏ bánh có chỗ giòn, chỗ dai bao lấy nhân tôm thịt béo ngậy hấp dẫn.
Tôm nõn băm nhuyễn trộn cùng với thịt heo bằm, hành lá băm, 2 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu, 30ml dầu bắp.
Múc 1 muỗng nhân nhỏ cho vào miếng vỏ hoành thánh rồi gói kín lại. Làm tương tự cho hết nguyên liệu.
Đun sôi nồi nước với ít muối, cho sửi cải vào đun sôi khoảng 10-15 phút. Khi sủi cảo chín thì vớt ra để cho nguội bớt.
Trong chảo đáy phẳng và dày, đun nóng ít dầu ăn đủ để láng chảo, đặt các miếng bánh sủi cảo vào chiên lửa vừa cho chín cháy xém các đáy bánh và các mặt là được nhé!
