Bí hầm dừa - món ăn đặc trưng của người dân miền Tây Nam Bộ, với nguyên liệu hoàn toàn từ thực vât, hương vị độc đáo lạ miệng, thích hợp để ăn chay, vừa có thể ăn chơi cũng có thể ăn cùng với cơm, mời bạn cùng nếm thử nhé!
Mít bỏ hột, bỏ cùi, cắt sợi. Khoai lang, bí đỏ gọt vỏ, rửa sạch và cắt khối vuông vừa ăn. Chuối lột vỏ cắt đôi.
Bột khoai, bột báng rửa sạch rồi đem ngâm nước cho nở mềm. Cho 200ml nước ép cốt dừa cùng 1 lít nước, khoai, bí, chuối vào nấu lửa lớn cho sôi.
Nồi bí sôi, nấu thêm khoảng 10 - 15 phút cho khoai và bí đỏ chín. Sau đó cho bột khoai, bột báng vào nấu cùng.
Tùy vào độ chín của chuối mà nồi bí hầm dừa sẽ ngọt sẵn, bạn nên nếm trước để gia giảm lượng đường cho vừa miệng, thêm muối, đường vào nêm nếm vừa ăn. Hòa tan bột bắp với 50ml nước ép cốt dừa còn lại rồi cho vào nồi, khuấy đều rồi tắt bếp.
Múc bí hầm dừa ra tô/chén, rắc đậu phộng lên trên rồi thưởng thức thôi. Món này có thể dùng nóng với cơm hoặc ăn chơi như chè. Chúc các bạn thành công.
