The chicken patties of my youth

These chicken patties remind me of the sort I used to eat in my high-school cafeteria- deliciously junky, crispy, and quick. They are very tasty with a nice substantial bite and go great with pickles and a nice spicy sauce. A new must-have in my freezer.

About the best a vegan can get

My wife totally loves this product. She never knew that they had chicken patties that were also vegan. She will eat them on a pita or a single slice of bread or plain with avocado and sriracha mayo. Anyway she chooses is good for her and I am sure the same for you. I even tried a bite and I was impressed. I could eat them with no problem. The texture is about as close to real chicken as one could possible get and the taste is very close. I get this for my family all the time and you should as well.

Thought I was eating a very tender moist chicken cutlet

I was uncertain about these but ordered them for the first time. It's 102 and I'm not going to cook long. These patties cooked in 8 min's . placed two in between a bun with fresh vine ripe tomatoes lettuce and a side salad and I felt as if I was eating a real chicken cutlet, very tendermoist and perfectly seasoned. I'M going to order more to keep on hand.

“Tastes just like chicken!”

“Tastes just like chicken!” We’ve all heard that but to me this really does taste like chicken. I eat it as a hot sandwich, cooked and diced up in my udon noodle soups and even just as a snack alone. I cook it in a microwave (despite their directions to not cook it in one). I find that with 1 Patty it’s 1 min on both sides at high. Two patties is 2 minutes on one side and 1 minute on the other. Much longer will dry out the edges.

Vegetarian Delight.

Gardein is hands down my favorite sub for meat. They really make the best tasting chicken subs. My favorite vegetarian restaurants turned me onto the brand and now I don't think I could use other brands as much. Wonderful meat alternative. Great texture.
