Làm nóng lò nướng ở 180C/350F. Lót giấy nến lên khay nướng và để riêng. Trong một âu lớn, cho nước nóng và bột cacao trộn đều với nhau, khuấy cho tan. Cho bơ vào đường trộn đều với nhau rồi cho vào hỗn hợp. Kế đó, cho bột mì, dừa nạo, muối vào tiếp tục trộn đều.
Dùng muỗng múc bột rồi nặn thành viên tròn đều nhau. Đặt lên khay, dùng nĩa ấn dẹt xuống. Cho bánh vào lò và nướng trong 20 phút (hoặc ít hơn và nhiều hơn tùy vào kích thước của bánh, bạn cứ thấy bánh vàng nâu là lấy ra được rồi). Để nguội 5 phút trên rây.
Trộn dầu dừa và chocolate lại với nhau trong bát. Cho vào lò vi sóng đun chảy hoặc đun cách thủy rồi trộn đều hỗn hợp lại. Khi bánh đã sẵn sàng. Bạn phết chocolate vào một mặt bánh rồi dùng miếng bánh khác đậy lại. Vậy là hoàn thành rồi.
